HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR

Full Time

Description: Londonderry Village is growing and so is our Human Resources Department! An
opportunity exists for an individual to join our team in the role of Human Resources
Coordinator.  This is a full-time, salaried position that is generalist in nature.  Primary
responsibilities will include creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance
recruitment of candidates for employment, benefit administration, employee relations,
and handling Worker’s Compensation and Unemployment Compensation claims.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resources, including working
knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
Knowledge of and ability to use various social media platforms.

Salary Range: $52,000 – $62,000 per year.

COSMETOLOGY

Part-time Cosmetologist

 Londonderry Village is seeking an experienced Cosmetologist to serve residents in our retirement community and healthcare settings.  This is an Independent Contractor position.  Hours are part-time and offer flexible scheduling up to 2 days per week.  The successful candidate must be a licensed Cosmetologist in Pennsylvania and will be required to provide proof of insurance.

NURSING SERVICES

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

2 shifts per week. 3pm to 11pm

Weekend Package Position available 3pm to 11pm (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Medication Technician
Part-time: 2 days per week from 11 pm to 7 am

Prepares and administers medications to residents on the Personal Care (PC) unit.  Provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s) to residents as needed, according to the respective individual support plan and documents all care provided.

Certified Nursing Assistant
Full-time and Part-time All Shifts
Flex Pool, PRN Pool, and Weekend Plan Options available

Provide quality, person-centered, nursing care to the elders according to their Care Plan.  Assists the Charge Nurse with tasks to support department operations.  Follows established policies and procedures, including safe lifting, in the performance of duties.

DINING SERVICES

Dietary Aide
Full-time Day Shift
Part-time:  3 or 4 days per week from 4 pm to 7 pm

Responsible for preparing and serving food.   Responsible for setting up dining areas and tables in preparation for meal service.

Line Cook
Full-time 9 am to 5 pm

Responsible for preparing food items according to standard recipes and customer orders while maintaining high standards with regard to food production, quality, presentation, and taste.

ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Housekeeper
Full-time Day Shift 7am-3pm

Our Housekeepers are responsible to provide requested housekeeping services to elders in the Independent Living (IL) Community. Also responsible to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for elders, staff, and visitors at Londonderry Village.
