More than 430 people currently live on our beautiful 100 plus acre campus in our Residential Living Community. They will tell you that their only regret is not moving to LVBH sooner. Residential living is a blend of an independent lifestyle, security, activities and peace of mind.

We offer home choices to meet individual needs including:

Apartments: Efficiency, one and two bedroom apartments. Some apartments have a patio or balcony. Choose from our high rise or one story apartment buildings.
Cottages: Studio,one-and two- bedroom cottages in intimate clusters centered around parking and green space. Some cottages have basements others do not.
Duplexes: Two bedroom ranch style homes with full basements and attached garages.
For an additional fee some units offer added living space such as a Florida room or three-season room off the kitchen area. All neighborhoods are in close proximity to the community center and the main building of the Home.

Security
Comes from the atmosphere of a Caring Community that surrounds you with neighbors who care for and look out for one another. Assistance is a phone call away or through our home emergency response system (Lifeline).

Independence
Eliminating the responsibilities of home maintenance frees you to pursue those interests that you have always looked forward to in retirement.
