The Paul and Carol Boll Wellness Center at Lebanon Valley Brethren Home offers programs and facilities to help both our residents and employees Live Well. Our Wellness Center Coordinator will be happy to help develop an exercise program and assist you in using our therapeutic pool, whirlpool, and exercise room.

Classes and special events are held Monday through Friday. Enjoy the benefits of water in our therapeutic pool. Ease the pain of joints and muscles, enhance relaxation, or just join in the fun of an enthusiastic workout. The water’s buoyancy allows you to move in ways you may never be able to on land while cooling your body as you exercise. Handrails and easy entry steps offer stability and security.

Both passive and active exercise equipment to meet various levels of ability can also be found in the Wellness Center. Located within the Community Center, the Wellness Center serves as a social center for the entire facility. Membership for the Center is open to residents, staff, LVBH retirees, and Board members.
